Titus defends himself from charges levied by Central Branch, Local Seattle, Socialist Party that he committed unconstitutional actions of election fraud.

Titus was a key leader of the left wing of the Socialist Party of Washington and defended himself in his paper, "The Socialist," published in Toledo, Ohio at the time.
